Why there is no Diffuse Specular shader ? Is there any sort of approximate PBR shaders for mobile fast enought to work on last years hadware ? To my knowledge PBR shader works on hardware like Galaxy 2 7.0, released in 2012. It isn't terribly FAST, mind you, but it is usable.
