WebJan 16, 2016 · What am I talking about is basically taxis, except replace taxis with minecarts. At predetermined locations, there would be 2-3 minecarts waiting for dwarves to pick them up. Dwarves would use these to traverse the fortress. Push: the dwarf will give the cart an initial push, not enough to go up a ramp, but enough to go some way along flat track, and the dwarf will remain at the first stop, ready for a new job.
