WebPHILAS is located at 17 Brisbane Street, Surry Hills – a short walk from the Sydney CBD. Moving into 2 floors in 1977, PHILAS purchased another floor in 2003. Today, visitors to PHILAS House arrive at the ground floor where our reception and office areas are located. Moving to the first floor we have our meeting rooms and a kitchen. WebAs well as our workshops at Philas House the Sydney Youth Stamp Group organizes children’s activities, programs and competitions, to be run in conjunction with Stamp Fairs and Exhibitions. We can also arrange for similar activities to be run at and through schools or other community based organizations, such as libraries.
